A shuttle bus service will be provided for all participants staying at hotels in the Frascati Centre area. The service will operate each morning and afternoon in accordance with the conference schedule, with departures from Piazza Marconi to ESRIN and return transfers from ESRIN to Piazza Marconi.

The shuttle bus timetable will be communicated to all registered participants whose attendance has been approved by the organisers. The schedule will be included in a welcome letter that will be distributed by email closer to the event dates.
